Research Study

Speech Fluency
in Down Syndrome

Welcome!

We would like to update what we know about the speech characteristics of people with Down Syndrome. We are looking into the parts of their speech that can affect fluency (i.e. flow, or ease of talking), so we can learn how to make speaking a little easier for some.
This study has been approved by Wayne State University's Institutional Review Board (IRB-20-03-1992).

Thank you for your consideration.
